Our main office is located conveniently in the Mahoney Professional Building just north of the junction of I-17 and the 101, featuring abundant parking, drive up drop-off, and disabled persons access
Directions from the West Valley: Drive east on Loop 101. Take the I-17 interchange exit, but stay right onto the 27th Ave exit. Get in the center lane on the frontage road and going straight at the traffic light to cross 27th Ave. After the light, stay right onto W Beardsley Rd. At the second traffic light , N 19th Ave, turn left/north. We are in the first building on the right after you cross under the Loop 101 overpass.
Directions from the East Valley: Head west on Loop 101. Take Exit 24 for N 19th Ave. Turn right at the light. We are in the first building on the right.
Directions from the South Valley: Head north on the I-17. Take the Union Hills/Yorkshire Dr, staying on exit 214B to the Yorkshire Drive ramp. At W Utopia Road turn right/east; this road curves northward to become N 23rd Ave. At W Beardsley Rd turn right/east (just south of the Loop 101 overpass). At the second stoplight, N 19th Ave, turn left/north to travel under the 101 overpass. We are in the first building on the right after you cross under the Loop 101 overpass.
Directions from the North Valley: Head south on I-17. Take exit 215B for W Deer Valley Road/Rose Garden Lane. At W Deer Valley turn left/east. At N 19th Ave turn right/south. We are in the last building on the left before you drive under the 101 overpass.

Located within the Black Canyon Community Center, near the I-17 and Exit 242, Rock Springs/Black Canyon City, this office features abundant parking, drive up drop-off, and disabled persons access. Our surgeons see patients twice a month at this primary care clinic in Yavapai County for preoperative and postoperative surgical care. Appointments are made by calling our main office at (480) 707-9504.
